SECTION SECRETARY

No applications as yet.

ALLEN HOUSE MATTERS

The Area Reps had asked the Board to make clear that the current event organisers should be encouraged to carry on with their plans with full encouragement from the Board as this has not been made clear by their recent communications.

They had not received any policy details of the new insurance policy to cover run organisers. This was important as it will directly affect the ‘Guidelines for Run Organisers’ on which so much effort has recently been expended.

ANY OTHER BUSINESS

HW reported that the WAC (Worcester Auto Club) was arranging their ‘Star Bike Day’ at Perdiswell on Sunday 24th July – all welcome.
